Photochemical processing (engraving) plates and CNC mechanical engraving plates are used in many markets and applications, such as:

A) MAGNESIUM PLATES

Description

Magnesium plates for engraving are quickly processed and are environmentally friendly. Magnesium plates for a wide variety of cliché making applications such as thermo printing, gold printing, wafers, thermal dies, plates, awards, fabric & leather embossing.

Magnesium plates are available pre-sensitized with traditional Red Top or Hydrosolve photosensitive paste. Also, sheets are available uncoated (polished) for CNC engraving.

  • Available in thickness: 1.00 / 1.63 / 2.00 / 2.50 / 3.00 / 4.00 / 5.00 / 6.35 and 7.00 mm.

 

B) ZINC PLATES (ZINC)

Description

Tin plates with excellent resistance to oxidation, are commonly used for plaques, awards, signage and letterpress signs and prints.

The sheets are available uncoated (polished). Also, tin plates are available pre-sensitized with Hydro-Coat®.

  • Available in thickness: 1 / 1.5 / 1.63 / 1.75 / 2 and 3 mm.

 

C) CHEMICAL PRODUCTS FOR METAL ENGRAVING

Description

The auxiliary chemical products are designed to produce optimum results for shallow or deep etching.

Our company offers FUJI REVFLEX magnesium oil and VELV-ETCH tin oil.
